We’re torn between two great ways to access your content, Box (formerly known as Box.net), and Dropbox. With both you can be fully mobile and access your content from any decide, like an iPad, iPhone, the web and more. You can take your files with you, and you are connected with your content anywhere, on any device. We have chosen to share Box as our file sharing mobile tool of choice for marketers, including trade show marketers, just because of its successful history in helping us to save the day for our trade show clients.
View Your content From any device. You can also see the latest versions of files you recently updated while you’re on the go, so you’re always in the know.
Share Your content and send a file, or maybe even folders or files, by just emailing a link with a few taps on your mobile device. Get that contract to your client before leaving the meeting, not after.
Upload Your content and share pictures while you’re at the trade show? You can put everything on Box, from any device. You can even invite friends or co-workers to your folders.
One thing we really love about Box is that you can send files that are too large to send by email and immediately give access to any other members of your team. It might be someone on the trade show floor.
One reason we love Protaskinote is that we are often in a situation where we need to keep the tasks as hand for the trade show marketing projects we are working on.

It improves our productivity so hat we can manage our social networks, including twitter, facebook, google plus, and more. If you’re a marketing, especially in trade show marketing, it’s impossible to be everywhere all the time. In social media, you need to maintain your presence, but you also have to listen.

HootSuite gives you a dashboard that helps us marketers monitor, post, and also effectively measure the engagement on our activity. We can schedule Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ posts throughout the day. If you have multiple accounts, you can manage those, too, using Hootsuite.
We can also use Hootsuite to report and figure out how to increase our social media traffic, followers, and clicks with analytics that Hootsuite profices. Hootsuite also has a neat Hootlet bookmark that allows you to share webpages you find of interest from a web browser and be able to schedule them. Hootsuite is a great tool for social media marketing, a very important channel in trade show marketing, that is becoming increasingly more important as we move towards mobile technology.
