Project Manager for CEO and Promotional Projects Manager added to New Jersey trade show team
ExhibitCraft has added Leslie Silverman and Dawn Bianchini to its team as Project Managers.
As demand for the promotional products arm of ExhibitCraft has grown since its launch in April, the first additional Project Manager added to the team was a Promotional Products Project Manager.
Leslie Silverman, ExhibitCraft Promotional Products Project Manager
Leslie Silverman will focus on providing support for clients who have a need for promotional products through the ExhibitCraft promotional products division, ProShop. She will help build awareness of ExhibitCraft as a full-service trade show company with a full line of promotional products available, as many of its clients have expressed the need for promotional products. Silverman will be supporting the ExhibitCraft sales team in researching and developing promotional products campaigns.
Prior to joining the team, Leslie Silverman comes to ExhibitCraft with over 16 years of experience in promotional products sales, with clients that include multiple Fortune 500 companies. A member of ASI (The Advertising Specialty Institute), Silverman has developed campaigns integrating promotional products for both corporate and trade show use. With a passion for creativity, Silverman is an actress at Rhino Theatre in Pompton Lakes, a local Community Theatre. She resides in West Milford, NJ.

ExhibitCraft also adds a new member to the team, as Project Manager for the CEO and President, Scott Walode. In this new supporting team role, Dawn Bianchini joins the team to support the project management team, with a primary focus on the CEO’s clients. In her first week, Bianchini was already rolling up her sleeves on a major project for a regular client, preparing orders and scheduling deliveries.
In her previous role at Bitcon Productions (also of Wayne, NJ), Bianchini was an Office Manager, involved hands-on with many projects, including a specialty in video editing. Residing in Wayne, NJ, Bianchini holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Pace University. In her spare time, Dawn studies Nutrition and includes Health and Fitness into her daily lifestyle.
When asked how she came to know the CEO of ExhibitCraft, Bianchini says “I met Scott at a recent Social Media Marketing event at ExhibitCraft. I got to see first-hand what the company produces and what they bring to the local community. Scott and I really connected, and I’m very excited to come on board the ExhibitCraft team and help in any way I can with their many projects,” says Bianchini.
